Please read our terms carefully before booking. These ensure a smooth experience for all parties.
The following terms and conditions govern all bookings made with MPM & SaMa Media (MPM and SaMa Pty Ltd). By confirming a booking and paying the deposit, you agree to these terms.

Booking Fee & Cancellation
Upon acceptance and receipt of the quotation, the payment of a booking fee of 50% of the total quoted fee becomes due and payable immediately. This fee secures the date, time and services of the Photography/Videography team and is not re-fundable or transferable in the event of cancellation. It is being the agreed loss suffered by the Photography/Videography team due to cancellation.
Coverage Hours & Overtime
Any package is for eight (8) hours coverage, unless stated otherwise. The team will offer one (1) additional hour for free to account for unforeseen delays ("bantu-time"). This means that the total coverage will be 9 hours. All over-time charged (above 9 hours) will be computed at a rate per hour of R1,600.00/hr, or as otherwise agreed between the Photographer and the Clients. Should the Photographer feel that most moments have not been covered, the Photographer will discuss this with the Client and will only stay when it has been approved by them or with their consent.
Accommodation
Should the venue for the function be more than 280 kilometres (3 hour's drive) from The Photographer's office or in another city/town, a suitable accommodation should be provided for the camera crew. The accommodation charges are excluded from the quote and are for the Client's account.
Travel Costs
Travel costs are charged separately from The Photographer's office — including toll-gate costs. This fee is subject to change due to fuel market volatility.
Social Media & Content Rights
MPM & SaMa Media is active on all social media platforms. Some of the event content will be posted on these platforms including the web page of the company. Discuss any concerns with MPM & SaMa Media if you have any concerns before your event.
Style Brief
The client is advised to share specific styles and requirements upfront prior to the event. This ensures the photography and videography team can deliver imagery aligned with your vision and preferences.
